• named lauri kristian petaja afrter his grandfather, lauri ottelin petaja and great grandfather kristian luukas petaja. he's pretty sure if he ever has children, he'll pass down one of the names as well.
• last name pronounced pa-tie-ya. his great grandfather moved to nyc from finland with his wife shortly after they were married.
• parents : hannah and alexi petaja. alexi is a doctor, while hannah is a real estate agent.
• lauri is the middle child of the petaja family. he has an older and younger sister.
• born on august 22, making him a leo and 21 years old.
• grew up playing soccer and lacrosse, but only continues to play lacrosse.
• pledged kappa alpha psi his freshman year, along with his best friend ~lorensen
• isn't the brightest of students, lauri prefers sports to academics, mostly because during a game it's all about team work so he's not left doing everything on his own.
